- How long does shipping take?
All orders ship free within the contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. In-stock orders typically dispatch within 5 business days, with transit times of 5–10 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is generally 10–15 business days from the date your order is placed.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unused condition in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@yalavanity.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. How do I choose the right vanity size?
Start by measuring the width of the wall space where the vanity will be installed, leaving at least 2 inches of clearance on each side. Standard vanity depths run 21–22 inches — confirm you have enough floor space between the vanity face and any opposing wall or door swing. For single bathrooms, a 24–36 inch vanity works well; for master baths, a 48–84 inch double vanity provides the most counter space and storage.
4. What is the difference between wall-mounted and freestanding vanities?
Wall-mounted (floating) vanities are anchored directly to wall studs with no floor contact. They create a clean, modern look, make floor cleaning effortless, and can be installed at your preferred height. They require proper wall reinforcement and slightly more complex installation. Freestanding vanities rest on the floor and are simpler to install — they typically offer more enclosed storage and suit both traditional and contemporary styles.
5. Do vanities come with a sink and countertop included?
It depends on the product. Each listing clearly states what is included. Many of our vanities are sold as complete sets with a pre-mounted ceramic or stone sink top. Some are cabinet-only, allowing you to choose your own countertop and sink separately. Always check the product description before purchasing.
6. What is the price match guarantee?
We offer a 6-month price match guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price within 6 months of your purchase, contact us at sales@yalavanity.com and we will match it. The price match applies to identical items — same brand, model, and configuration — sold by an authorized US retailer.
7. How do I install a wall-mounted bathroom vanity?
Wall-mounted vanities must be secured directly to wall studs — or to a backing board installed between studs — to safely support the weight of the cabinet and sink. You will also need to rough-in your plumbing (supply lines and drain) at the correct height before mounting. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber and a contractor if you are not experienced with both structural wall work and plumbing.
8. What brands do you carry?
We carry a curated selection of premium bathroom vanity brands including Swiss Madison, Vanderloc, Modway, and Vinnova. Each brand is chosen for quality construction, design integrity, and long-term value. We regularly expand our catalog with new brands and styles — check back often.
9. Is assembly required?
Most vanities arrive with the cabinet pre-assembled. Installation involves mounting or placing the vanity, attaching hardware, and connecting the plumbing. Wall-mounted vanities require additional steps for securing to the wall and adjusting height. Each product listing includes an installation manual or guide PDF.
