Shipping Policy

 

We are committed to getting your new bathroom vanity to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders ship free within the contiguous United States — no minimum order required.

 

Shipping carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on order size, weight, and your delivery location.

 

Dispatch time: In-stock orders typically dispatch within 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Transit time: Transit times are 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Total delivery time is generally 10–15 business days from the date of order.

 

Important shipping notes:

 

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

 

Larger vanities (48 inches and above) may ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment if applicable.

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier before signing.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date on items that are in original, unused, uninstalled condition in their original packaging with all hardware and accessories included. Installed or used vanities cannot be returned.

 

How to initiate a return: Email us at sales@yalavanity.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

 

 

Price Match Guarantee

 

We stand behind our pricing with a 6-month price match guarantee. If you find the exact same product — same brand, model, and configuration — at a lower price from an authorized US retailer within 6 months of your purchase date, contact us at sales@yalavanity.com and we will match the price.

 

The price match does not apply to marketplace sellers, auction sites, clearance or liquidation pricing, bundle offers, or prices that require a membership. One price match per order.
