Returns

  • Vanity countertops and stone tops are NON-REFUNDABLE — this applies to all Vinnova vanity top configurations
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required — contact us first to receive one. Items returned without an RA will not be accepted
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; freight charges are non-refundable
