Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Important notes before initiating a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required — contact us first to receive one. Items returned without an RA will not be accepted
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; freight charges are non-refundable

All Vinnova products are backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of shipment.
