Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Important notes before initiating a return:

  • Vanity countertops and stone tops are NON-REFUNDABLE — this applies to all Vinnova vanity top configurations
  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number is required — contact us first to receive one. Items returned without an RA will not be accepted
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; freight charges are non-refundable
Warranty

All Vinnova products are backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and manufacturing from the date of shipment. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, covers normal residential use, and requires installation by a licensed plumber in accordance with Vinnova's provided instructions. Any unauthorized modifications — including custom drilling of countertops — will void the warranty.
